In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
Results of a Court Martial held aboard the LONDON at Chatham in which Captain Robinson of the ASSISTANCE was ordered to apologise to Mr Barre his First Lieutenat for striking him and Mr Barre was reprimanded for giving his Captain cause. The Court was of the opinion that the altercation had arisen over jealousies over Prizes. Signed by Captain Stafford Fairbourne Presiding and other ships' captains.
