Your supplicant served as Master of the MILFORD till he was sent for by your Lordships, and having been a long time out of employment, and my Certificate of behaviour now lying before this Board, I therefore humbly pray to your Lordships your promises considered to grant your Warrant for a Masters Employ of one of the new Ships building at Blackwall.
