A series of letters of survivors of the TITANIC offering their insight on the disaster

Letters were in response to MacQuitty's advertisement. Included are letters from Walter Seward as Chief Pantry Steward, steward Harold Phillimore, Trimmer George Cavell, 3rd Class Steward Arthur Ernest Read Lewis, Trimmer Ernest Allen, a stewardess Miss Violet Constance Jessop giving an account of a baby being handed to her to take on the lifeboat, a passenger Miss Violet Madeline Mann (nee Mellinger), Miss Roberta Elizabeth Mary Maioni (Betty Bolling) maid to the Countess of Rothes, steward Walter Henry Nichols, the account of Jane Quick with her two daughters Phillis and Winifred, Miss Edwina "Winnie" Celia Corrigan (nee Troutt), steward Alfred Pugh, Steward Sidney Edwards Daniel, Engineer Crew William Charles Lindsay and a possible letter from Henry Reginald Lee, unsigned.
