Typescript report on proceedings of a general meeting of members of The Navy League (Incorporated 1903) held on 4 May 1910, with the liquidator Benedict W. Ginsburg as chairman. The meeting passed a resolution for the transfer of books and papers to a new company, as required by the Companies (Consolidation) Act 1908.
