In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
We have two twenty Oared Boats remaining here (Chatham Dock) besides the three already fitted for the Flags, which will be got ready with all expedition, but we shall want forty one double banked Barge Oars to complete them which we pray may be hastened to us from Deptford , having at present no Oar makers here, nor Rafters in store to make them.
