(1) Counterpart lease of 'The Black Horse', from Eleanora Martha Pickard of Saint Thomas Square, Hackney, widow, to Harvey Combe of Castle Street, Middlesex, brewer, for a term of 21 years, dated 21 August 1829.
(2) Particulars and conditions of sale of 'The Black Horse' freehold public house, to be sold by auction by Winstanley and Sons by direction of the trustees of Mrs Pickard, deceased. Also a memorandum from Winstanley and Sons confirming amounts paid by the purchaser of Lot 1, dated 20 May 1834.
(3) Lease of 'The Black Horse' from John Cambell Cameron of Grays Inn, Middlesex, to James Croutell,of Rodney Street, Pentonville, for a term of one year, dated 12 August 1834.
(4) Conveyance of 'The Black Horse' from John Campbell Cameron to James Croutell and trustees, dated 13 August 1834.
