(1) Applications made by Alfred Turner & Son to London County Council for an official search to be made in the registers kept under the Land Charges Act 1925 for any existing entries about Christina Freimuller, widow of John Freimuller, trading as C. Freimuller & Son, and premises at 10 Well Street, September 1937.
(2) Agreement between The Sailors’ Home and Red Ensign Club and The Stepney Borough Council for the supply of electrical installations at 7 Dock Street, dated 1 October 1937.
(3) Agreement between The Sailors’ Home and Red Ensign Club and Alfred Robert Beaumont, A.R.P. Controller for the Metropolitan Borough of Stepney, for the use of the basement of 7 Dock Street as an air raid wardens’ post made, dated 4 March 1942 (cancelled). With a plan on a separate folded sheet.
(4) Draft agreement between The Sailors’ Home and Red Ensign Club and the Commissioners of His Majesty’s Works and Public Buildings, for the lease of the Mercantile Marine Offices, Ensign Street, for a term of 21 years, dated 1944.

(8) Agreement between The Sailors’ Home and Red Ensign Club and George Gluckstein of 16 Dock Street, Stepney, as to the erection of buildings in Dock Street, dated 10 February 1954.
(9) Certificate of redemption of Land Tax relating to 8 Ensign Street, London, dated 5 July 1955.
(10) Counterpart lease to John William McCarthy of 35 Cable Street, Stepney, dry cleaner, of the shop and premises situated on the ground floor and basement of 5 Dock Street, dated 30 January 1964.
(11) Deed of variation of the lease dated 14 August 1944, relating to the footway between The Sailors’ Home and St. Paul’s church, giving access to the Mercantile Marine Offices from Dock Street, dated 27 May 1965.
