(1) Administration of the effects left unadministered of Samuel Toulmin deceased, formerly of Walbrook in the city of London, but late of East Place, Lambeth, died in August 1809, administrator John Gillam Booty, dated 31 July 1834.
(2) Agreement for the tenancy of part of the ground floor of The Destitute Sailors’ Asylum at 23 Well Street for the use of The Seamen’s Hospital Society, dated 27 July 1880.
(3) Conveyance of freehold hereditaments and premises at 12 Well Street, Louis Lewis of 36 Belsize Road, London, and others to William Henry Kremer, of 58 Great Prescot Street, Whitechapel, tailor, dated 3 January 1911.
(4) Licence to retain notices at the Docks, The Port of London Authority to The Sailors’ Home, dated 6 January 1911, with an endorsed agreement between the same parties dated 23 January 1935.
(5) Acknowledgement for the production of deeds relating to 12 Well Street, Algernon Gilliat and others to William Henry Kremer dated 12 January 1911.
(6) Counterpart agreement, The Sailor’s Home, London, with the Admiralty, for the tenancy of a room in the basement of The Sailors’ Home, London Docks, for a term of one year from 25 March 1912, dated 13 April 1912.
(7) Tenancy agreement, between The Sailors’ Home and Red Ensign Club and the master mariners Joseph Thornton and Hugh Montague Wood, for the navigation school called The Thornwood Nautical School, on the first floor of The Sailors’ Home, dated 25 March 1920 (cancelled).
(8) Agreement between The Sailors’ Home and Red Ensign Club and Dr. Frederick John Oxley, for premises in the basement of The Sailors’ Home to be used for the purpose of a general medical practice, dated 24 March 1923.
(9) Agreement with the Metropolitan Borough of Stepney, relating to a sign at the top of Leman Street by Whitechapel High Street for the purpose of directing seamen to The Sailors’ Home, dated 29 March 1924.
(10) Agreement as to customer’s bonus, The Imperial Tobacco Company (of Great Britain and Ireland) Ltd., dated 10 January 1927.
(11) Supplemental agreement relating to a sign at the top of Leman Street by Whitechapel High Street for the purpose of directing seamen to The Sailors’ Home, dated 20 November 1929.
