This file contains documents relating to Cornell Plant’s work in China. It includes a photograph of the medal awarded to him by the government of the Republic of China in recognition of his contributions to commercial river transport in the Upper Yangtze, as well as a booklet titled 'Report for the Year 1914 on the Trade of Ichang'. It also features an introduction to the Plant family and a letter from David Fotheringham to Cornell Plant concerning the death of Cornell’s father.
