Papers relating to Dunkirk including a wireless message to the Admiralty informing them British Expedition Force had been evacuated and the Navy was returning 23:30; a letter to Captain William George Tennant acknowledging his work getting allied troops away from Dunkirk; supplement to The London Gazette 10 October 1941 containing an account of the Operation of Dunkirk; Dunkirk Remembrance service order 1950; a 1961 letter from the Dunkirk 1940 Veteran's Association to Sir William Tennant about their regret that Tennant wont be able to make it and a copy of Tennant's message to be read out at the dinner.
