In-letters and orders received by the Navy Board
        
        We have considered your letter of the 20th inst; to our Secretary, together with the Copy of a letter received from the Master Attendant at Chatham, touching the entertaining such Men as shall have leave to be absent from their Majesties' Ships to serve as Riggers in that Yard, and direct you forthwith  to opine what is most proper to be done.
