The special fund for seamen, commonly called the Lascar Fund, established under Section 48 (6) of the National Insurance Act, 1911, as amended by Section 27 (1) (c) of the National Health Insurance Act, 1918 : report of the Governing Body for the period from the 15th July, 1912, to the 31st December, 1922, in which is incorporated the report of the Seamens' (Tuberculosis) Advisory Committee, constituted under Section 7 of the Public Heath (Tuberculosis) Act, 1921.

Bound collection of reports containing the annual accounts of the Special Fund for Seamen, established to award pensions and other benefits to non-domiciled and non-resident seamen with long sea-service on British ships.
