Admiral Nelson and Joseph Haydn

Admiral Nelson and Emma Hamilton spent two months in Austria and Hungary in 1800; during that time Nelson met the composer Joseph Haydn. Haydn wrote a Nelson Mass and other works including a Nelson Aria and the Ode by Miss Knight, upon which the Aria was based. This book gives the historical and political background in Austria and Hungary at that time.
