The vessel is of the single masted type and is registered at Singapore with the port number 1524. She has occuli at the bow and an accommodation shed aft. The lug sail is stowed fore and aft. A vertical format negative and the horizon is not quite level.

Although ketch rigged, both vessels appear to have the mainmast removed and the vessel on the right does not have a gaff on the mizzen mast. They both have a mizzen boom and an awning rigged aft of the mizzen mast. Both vessels have a name on the transom, the one on the left may be Kim G Peng or something similar.

Her loose-footed mainsail and her mizzen sail are stowed against the masts. She is in ballast and has a large perforated rudder. She has two objects suspended in her forestays. This is almost a silhouette of the ship.

She has a large perforated rudder under an overhanging stern. She has the port number 3043 painted on her stern. Tongkung type ketch rigged junks are in the background.

P34020; A stern view, taken from very fine off the port quarter, of an occuli C/B trader junk anchored in the Singapore River. The vessel is three masted and her lug sails are stowed fore and aft. An awning is rigged aft, a sampan is alongside and five or six cylindrical net containers are hanging over the stern rail. The port number 3098 is painted on her stern. Negatives numbers P34018 to P34020 inclusive are of the same junk.
