Dutch craft at anchor ca.1800
A pen a wash drawing of Dutch craft at anchor. The drawing bears the fraudulent signature R.Z.F, attributing it to the artist Reinier Zeeman Nooms. However, it is not his style, and the merchant ship in the distance is a type that appeared after his death. The style is similar to that of Hendrik Rietschoof but this requires more investigation.
