Ash (1907)
        
        A 12x10 negative.  A slightly distant bow view, taken from very fine off the starboard bow, of the general cargo spritsail rigged barge Ash (1907) under sail during a Thames or Medway Barge Match.  She is on the starboard tack and her leeboards are raised.  The photographer is on board a paddle steamer and its wash is plainly seen.  A vertical format negative.
