House flag, Shire Line

The house flag of D.J. Jenkins & Co, London (Shire Line). The flag is made of wool bunting, machine sewn with a linen hoist. A rope and wooden toggle is attached.

A rectangular flag divided vertically white and dark blue. The white area nearest the fly bears a red cross overall with a red dagger in the canton (the arms of the City of London).
