Darling Harbour, Sydney, New South Wales.
A general view looking south-east across Darling Harbour, Sydney, New South Wales. Pyrmont Wharf is in the foreground and berthed alongside each other at the end of the wharf are the Royal Australian Navy salvage vessels Caledonian Salvor (1942) and Cambrian Salvor (1942). Outboard of them is one of three American built rescue tugs, Reserve (1942), Sprightly (1942) and Tancred (1943), that were serving in the Royal Australian Navy. An unidentified general cargo ship is on the far side of the wharf.
