Yarmouth (1959) as fitted after refit

A 2¾ x 2¼ film negative. A port broadside view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the South-West Wall in Portsmouth Dockyard. The photographer is on the jetty looking to starboard from abreast the funnel showing the ship from the MRS 3 Director to the mainmast. The 25 feet motor cutter has a mythical lion-headed and fish-tailed creature on the side of its cabin. The top of the foremast and the IFF interrogator antenna on top of the mainmast are out of the picture.
