A 3¼x4¼ glass plate negative. A close detail of the stern of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) on her building berth in the East Yard of John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank, taken from the starboard side looking to port, showing the A brackets, propeller shafts and twin rudders. The propeller shafts are encased in timber slats. The underside of the hull is protected with timber lashed to the hull.
