Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion
A 2¼ square roll film negative. A deck view of the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. The photographer is looking forward and slightly to starboard from inside the Limbo mortar well on 2 deck. He is to port of the number 2 mortar looking at the number 1 Limbo Mark 10 mortar which has a canvas cover over the main frame and canvas caps over the tops of the barrels. The fixed deck mounted torpedo tubes on the starboard side of 1 deck are in the background.
