Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion
A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the bosun's store, lamp and paint room on 2 deck between 2½ and 6 stations. The photographer is looking aft and to starboard from the centre of the compartment showing steel storage racks, large coils of rope of various sizes and a 40 gallon drum of Shell Chemical Co Ltd ethylene glycol inhibited.
