Yarmouth (1959) on board views on completion

A half plate sheet film negative. On board the Type 12 frigate Yarmouth (1959) alongside the south-east corner of the fitting out basin in John Brown & Co Ltd's shipyard at Clydebank. In the officers' galley on the port side of 2 deck between 41 and 42¾ stations. The photographer is looking to starboard towards the door showing a steel worktop with cupboards and drawers under, a steel rack and wooden towel rail above and a wooden stool alongside. On the right is a grill over an electric range with an Electrolux refrigerator next to it and a steel shelf above. A wash basin and an emergency lamp are alongside the door.
