The photographer is in the main passageway (known as the Burma Road) between 11½ and 16 stations on 2 deck looking aft and to starboard from 12 station showing the open watertight hatch leading down to 3 deck and the vertical steel access ladder to the small arms store above the senior rate's bathroom.
