The watertight door to the laundry is just ajar and an electric fire, a fire main and pump and a fire hose basket are against the aft bulkhead of the laundry. The stairs leading up to one deck terminate on a fan exhaust. A locker is on the deck in the right foreground. The ship is berthed starboard side to the basin wall.
