Broadside sheet. Includes details of rates for pilotage into the Port of Liverpool for vessels divided into three categories ('British Foriegn', 'Alien' and 'Coasting'), and an abstract of the pilotage laws in Liverpool in 1774. Some of the rates have been altered in manuscript. Includes a small illustrating of a sailing vessel and the motto "Safety depends on Conduct."
