This is presumably in north Norway waters north of the Arctic Circle. A canvas dodger is fitted to the rail which is believed to be on the aft docking bridge. The man is dressed formally in a dark suit, a shirt witha stiff upturned collar and a black bowtie. A vertical format negative.
