On board the Royal Navy type 81 general purpose frigate Ashanti (1959) under way on the Thames heading upstream from Gravesend to the Pool of London. The photographer is on the simple tachometric director platform on the centreline looking forward showing the aft funnel and the top of the mast. Negatives numbers PM7461/12A to PM7464/35A inclusive were taken on the same occasion.
