A very distant view of an unidentified vessel wallowing in the North Atlantic north or north-west of Scotland. The photographer is on board the light cruiser Tiger (1945), the flagship of Vice-Admiral F R Twiss who was commanding a fleet of 46 ships drawn from six NATO nations for the NATO exercise Flat Rock which took place in the waters off Cape Wrath and Loch Ewe.
