The photographer is on the starboard side of the forward superstructure looking aft and to starboard showing the after part of the Royal Navy destroyer Diana (1952) steaming close alongside to take on bunkers. The refuelling hose is being swung across to the Diana (1952). Everything forward of her foremast is out of the picture.
