On board the Royal Navy commando carrier Hermes (1953) in Oslo Fjord, Norway at the end of the NATO exercise Swift Move. The photographer is on the bridge looking forward and slightly to port showing Westland Sea King HAS.1 helicopters of 814, 819 and 824 Naval Air Squadrons parked on the flight deck. The crew are lining the perimeter of the flight deck in Procedure Alpha.
