A slightly distant port side view, taken from abaft the beam, of an unidentified tanker moored to a loading gantry in an oil field in the North Sea off the east coast of Scotland. The tanker has an helicopter landing platform built over the aft superstructure and is fully laden. The photographer is on board the Royal Navy Type 12 frigate Rothesay (1957) which is on a 200 mile zone patrol.
