Cruisers of the French Fleet berthed in the north harbour at Algiers.

Looking west-north-west from the deck of the passenger cruise liner Montrose (1922) berthed off the Compagnie Generale Transatlantique terminal quay in the north harbour at Algiers showing three heavy cruisers of the French Fleet berthed near the terminal. On the left and seen from dead ahead is the Tourville (1926), in the centre and seen from off the starboard bow is the Foch (1929) and beyond the Foch (1929) is the Algerie (1932). They all have awnings rigged.
