The photographer is looking forward from the forecastle showing a number of crewmen surrounded by mooring ropes and the ship is dressed overall. The wheelhouse and mast of the lead tug can be seen just ahead of the ship. The building of the Yacht Club Argentino is on the left of the picture and the 120 metres high Kavanagh Building in the Retiro district is in the centre background.
