The photographer is on board a passenger cruise ship in Gibraltar Bay looking east-north-east showing Signal Hill, Willis Battery peak and the Neutral Zone. The Admiral Scheer carried out five tours of duty on the Spanish non-intervention patrol between August 1936 and October 1937.
