The documentation mainly relates to statements of weights for stores and equipment, alterations made to the gun armament, weapon trials, condition reports, details of repairs carried out and stability calculations. The papers commence in October 1912 and end in May 1917. There is no material relating to the Zeebrugge and Ostend raids, in which five of the class were employed.
