A rowing boat named Queen Elizabeth No. 3 moored just offshore in Montego Bay, Jamaica

A starboard side view of a small rowing boat named Queen Eleizabeth No. 3 moored just offshore in Montego Bay, Jamaica. A short flagpole is fitted in the bow of the boat and two notices are fixed to it. The top notice is hand written and starts "Ladies Gentlemen" but the rest of the writing is not legible. The bottom notice is printed and includes "Broadway Hill" but nothing else can be deciphered. Bearing in mind the name of the boat the date is possibly between 1937 and 1939. The photographer is looking through what appears to be a rock outcrop.
