Finger piers at the western end of the docks at Kingston, Jamaica.
Finger piers at the western end of the docks at Kingston, Jamaica. The photographer is on board a passenger cruise ship in the harbour looking north-east showing an United Fruit Company steamer alongside her owner's pier on the left. A passenger steamer with four white bands on her funnel is alongside the finger pier in the centre and on the right is a pier with "United Fruit Company Steamship Service" on the end of it. The tower of the Church of St Thomas the Apostle is in the right background.
