Fronting the water is a large motor car complex advertising "Wrecks rebuilt, metal work of all kinds", "Hood Tires", "Batteries" and "Parking 10 cents". In the distance is the El Comodoro Hotel which is situated at the corner of S.W. 1st Street and S.W. 2nd Avenue.
