The British Colonial Hotel on the harbour waterfront at Nassau, Bahamas. The photographer is looking south-west-by-west from within the harbour entrance. On the left alongside a quay is a floating derrick with No. 23 Munson Line on it and to the right of centre is a landing stage with Royal Nassau Sailing Club on it. The negative image is not horizontal.
