On the right is the Acropolis of Akronafplia and beyond it is the Palamidi Fortress. A building on the quayside has a Greek name on it which may be E.B. Smurnai? (the last symbol resembles a v above an o but this cannot be found in any reference to the Greek alphabet or numerals or on a computer Character Map).
