A shopping street scene in an unknown town in Norway. The Norwegian flag is flying from a pole in the town centre. The corner shop on the left is run by Muus & Tranas A/S, Jern-Maler-Og Kortevarer. On the opposite side of the road is an Apotek with the name of Simon Petersen A/S on one corner and a shop occupied by Arne Hansen and advertising "Gullsmed". Also in view is a tobacconist with Yngve over the door. Many people are in the street, including some with bicycles. The photographer has given nothing to identify this location.
