The left quarter piece is a crowned Neptune standing on a rock with his trident pointing downwards. Below him is a sea creature with the upper body of a man (possibly a woman) and lower body covered with scales and searpant tails for legs. The person is blowing a shell.
The right quarter piece is Britannia standing on a pedestal wth palm leaves on it. She is wearing a laurel crown and holding a shield with the Union Flag on it as well as pointing a spear downwards. Below the pedestal are two stylised dolphins with their tails crossed.
