A starboard side view, taken from just abaft the beam, of the Orient Line cruise ship Orontes (1929) anchored in a Norwegian fjord. Her port anchor is deployed and she has two accommodation ladders rigged aft, one to the deck and one to a shell door. One of her boats is alongside the shell door ladder and lifeboat 17 has been launched. She is flying the Norwegian flag from her foremast head.
