On board the Peninsular & Oriental Steam Navigation Company cruise ship Viceroy of India (1929) while under way in the Stockholm Archipelago heading for Stockholm, Sweden. The photographer is looking from the foremast crosstree showing the face of the superstructure, the monkey island, funnels and boat decks. The ship's captain is on the monkey island, one of the officers is looking through binoculars in the wheelhouse and a small group of passengers are leaning on the front boat deck rail. A vertical format negative.
