A starboard quarter view of an unidentified bermudan sloop rigged yacht aground on the mud flats off Hoo Ness in the River Medway, Kent. The boat has a severe list to port and her rubber boat is alongside the port quarter. She has lines out astern, presumably for a kedge anchor. The photographer is looking south-by-east from a boat showing Hoo Salt Marsh and Hoo Ness on the left and Gillingham in the background. Negatives numbers PM2461/19CN to PM2461/24CN inclusive were taken of the same event.
