A coastal scene at a village on Penang Island, Malaysia. Small double-ended boats are drawn up on shore and a few are at anchor just offshore. One small boat is under sail in the cove and a single storey house is near the shore on the left. Negatives numbers PM1917/27 to PM1918/37 were taken on the same day.
