A reception hosted by Captain Willoughby on board the 3-masted topsail schooner Sir Winston Churchill (1966) alongside the Nybrokajen at Stockholm, Sweden. Captain Willoughby is in a suit and tie and is second on the right facing the camera. He is standing in front of a table with plates, serviettes and small bottles on it. The man to the left of centre in the dark jacket and grey trousers is R. Hammond Innes, the novelist. The group of people are under an awning spead across the mizzen boom and gaff and a canvas screen has been erected near the stern. A man on the left is making notes in a notebook resting on a Swedish language copy of the Hammond Innes book "Sea and Islands" published in 1967. The photographer is looking aft. The Sir Winston Churchill was in Stockholm for British Week between 27 September and 5 October 1968.
