A slightly distant starboard quarter view of the chasse maree L'Ange Gardien (Fl. 1909) under sail in the River Aa at Petit Fort Philippe, Gravelines, France. She is bound out with lug sails set on her fore and main masts and her port registry G.449 is on her hull and mainsail. A chasse maree and a ketch rigged fishing vessel are moored on the west side of the channel. A note on the negative says that the photographer was using Camera B.
