No. 15 dry dock, Portsmouth Dockyard

Looking across and towards the head of No. 15 dry dock, Portsmouth Dockyard, and across towards the head from the steps on the north-east side of the dock. There are three rows of keel blocks on the floor of the dock and the centre row is in confusion. A man in a trilby hat is standing by the damaged centre row making notes.
